Ports & Marine Facilities Safety Code (PMSC)
The Ports & Marine Facilities Safety Code (PMSC) sets the national standard for safe port and marine operations across the UK, applying to all harbour authorities and marine facilities.
The Council publishes its Operational Marine Safety Plan, commitments, and other supporting documents in line with the Code, outlining how we manage navigational safety and meet our responsibilities for our Statutory Harbour Authorities at Aberystwyth, Aberaeron and New Quay Harbours.
