Delivery Agreement
The Delivery Agreement (DA) sets out the timetable for producing the LDP, and a community involvement scheme outlining the process by which any interested group, individuals or developers can contribute to the LDP’s preparation.
Both the content of the Review Report and Replacement Plan Delivery Agreement were considered at the following:
- 1st September 2017 All Member Workshop
- 20th September 2017 - Thriving Communities Overview and Scrutiny Committee
- 17th October 2017 - Cabinet
- 26th October 2017 - Council
Before being consulted on between 2nd November 2017 & 13th December 2017.
The responses to the consultation were presented to Cabinet (23rd January 2018) & Council (24th January 2018) for consideration and approval for submission to Welsh Minsters.
However due to further time required for consideration by Welsh Government, the DA was taken back to Council (21st June 2018) with an amended timetable.
The DA for the preparation of the Revised (Replacement) Ceredigion LDP 2018 - 2033 was agreed by the Welsh Government on the 22nd June 2018.
