The lawful basis for the processing of your information is Article 6(1)(e) of the UK General Data Protection Regulations – processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Council.
And Article 9(2)(g) of the UK General Data Protection Regulations – processing is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest.
