Community Connectors
What do Community Connectors do?
Community Connectors are there to provide early help to anyone living in Ceredigion. This could come in the form of information, advice and assistance to link you up with the support available in your community. The service is free and there are Community Connectors covering the whole of the county.
How can the Community Connectors help you?
- Connecting and signposting you to services and organisations that can support you
- Providing information and putting you in touch with local groups
- Linking you with support to improve your health and wellbeing
- Assisting with Blue Badge applications and Bus Passes (Concessionary Travel Cards)
