Publication Scheme
Introduction
The Freedom of Information Act, approved by the Information Commissioner’s Office, commits Ceredigion Council to make information available to the public as part of its normal business activities. The scheme aims to ensure that the council operates transparently and that the public can access the information they need without having to make a specific request.

How to Access Information
Most information can be accessed through the Ceredigion Council's official website. If the information you need is not available online, you can make a formal request using the contact details provided on our website.
Charges for Information
While much of the information is available free of charge, some documents may incur a fee to cover printing, copying, and postage costs. Any associated costs will be communicated to you before the information is provided.
Review and Amendments
This publication scheme will be regularly reviewed and updated to ensure it remains accurate and relevant. Any amendments will be documented and made available to the public promptly.
