6. Application Process
Initial discussions must take place with the community support providers to ensure eligibility of project activity. Applications will be dealt with on a first come first serve basis.
Initially an applicant is required to submit an expression of interest to the support providers. The expression of interest will then be assessed for eligibility purposes and if approved you will be invited to submit a full application.
Each applicant will then need to complete and return the following:
- Fully completed Application Form, and Annex A excel spreadsheet
- At least 2 full years historical accounts and recent management accounts, if available. If an organisation has not been in existence for 2 years, management accounts and or income & expenditure summary must be provided from the start date up to application date
- Formal written quotes for the items included in the application (please see procurement guidance)
- Proof of match funding
Please Note: Before proceeding to panel, applicants will need to provide essential documents such as match funding, planning permission (where applicable), must be confirmed before the community support providers will prepare the application for consideration to panel. The applicant is wholly responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the scheme are in compliance. Failure to do so may result in no grant being paid or reclaimed.
Applications are welcomed in Welsh or English. Applications submitted in either language will be treated equally.
Please note that expenditure must not commence before approval is given, as the grant cannot be awarded retrospectively.
