Young Entrepreneur Award
This award is to recognise young individuals who have shown the desire to succeed with their own ideas, and have had the ambition to turn those ideas into a successful business. This award is open to individuals aged 30 years and under.
These include young entrepreneurs that are building their own venture or those employees who have had an outstanding impact in contributing to the successes of a larger organisation.
The judges are looking for evidence that you may have:
- Demonstrated ambition, energy, skill and vision in business
- Tangible business success achievements
- Overcome obstacles and/or risen to business challenges in terms of products or ways of working
- Are a good leader and an inspiration to others
- Demonstrated good financial performance
- Shown growth potential and or future diversification
- Delivered excellent customer service
- Engaged with their local community
- Embraced personal skills / technology to promote their organisation
