Judges Criteria
Applications are to be received by 13 November 2024.
The judges will draw up a shortlist of entries for each category (maximum of 3 per category). These will then go forward as the finalists on the night for the individual awards.
Shortlisted entries will be announced by 20 November 2024 at the latest.
All shortlisted entries will be expected to record a very short video as part of their application (support can be provided for this).
The winners for each category will be announced at a ceremony on the evening of the 12 December 2024, along with an overall winner chosen for the Gwobrau Caru Ceredigion Award.
Entries will only be accepted from businesses/organisations that meet current and relevant Legal and Licensing Compliance. The judges reserve the right to decline an entry if in their opinion this cannot be confirmed.
Businesses that serve food must have a minimum food hygiene rating of three out of five. We reserve the right to refuse an application if this minimum requirement is not met at any point prior to the awards ceremony. An exception is made for new businesses who have not yet been graded.
Any additional information such as business plans, testimonials, photographs that may strengthen your nomination are welcomed.
The decision of the judges is final for all categories.
