This award is open for Ceredigion businesses in the tourism and hospitality sector that have been successful in boosting the tourist industry in the County. This includes exceptional commitment to provide an outstanding experience for visitors, tourists or business travellers.
The judges will be looking for evidence that may have:
- Helped boost visitor numbers
- Contributed significantly to the local economy
- Raised Ceredigion’s profile
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service
- Introduced new or innovative attractions or services
- The use of digital technology
