ARFOR Award
This award is open to all businesses that have made a positive impact on the Welsh-language in Ceredigion.
The judges will be looking for evidence that may have:
- Kept wealth in the County (e.g., via areas such as producing and saving energy, supply chains in the foundational sectors)
- Created opportunities for young people and families (aged ≤ 35) to stay in or return to their native communities
- Created or enhanced modern employment opportunities (e.g., in the fields of media, the digital world, research, professional services)
- Ensured service delivery through the medium of Welsh
- Increased the use of the Welsh language on a daily basis
- Supported and encouraged employees to learn Welsh
- Supported the Welsh language in other ways
