Apprentice of the Year Award
This award is presented to an individual who is undertaking an apprenticeship with a business operating in Ceredigion and has been outstanding in all aspects of their training.
Applications can be completed and submitted by the apprentice themselves, the employer or the apprenticeship provider. The apprentice categories require a reference note/acknowledgement - the employer completes this section for the apprentice who nominates themselves.
Judges will be looking for evidence you may have:
- Have recently completed (last 12 months) an apprenticeship with a business in Ceredigion
- Acquiring and effectively applying personal/professional development to your role
- Making a positive impact and inspiring others and/or demonstrating effective teamwork and collaboration
- A supporting statement from your employer
